Dr. Rouse began his family practice in Northwest Arkansas in 1975 and has over 52 years of experience in the medical field. He graduated from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences College of Medicine in 1970. He completed his internship at the U.S. Naval Medical Center in San Diego, California in 1970 and a two year residency at the U.S. Naval Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida in 1973. He is currently a Captain MC USNR (Ret.). Dr. Rouse refers to many hospitals, including Washington Regional Medical Center, Mercy Hospital Northwest Arkansas, and the Northwest Medical Center.
He has been married to his wife, Rosalee, for over 50 years and has 5 grandchildren. Dr. Rouse enjoys traveling, hanging out with his grandkids, and RV!

Tim holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Harding University, where he was also honored with Outstanding Colleague and Outstanding Community Service Award. His clinical background includes experience in the Progressive Care Unit, Cardiac-Neuro Unit, and Cardiovascular Operating Room. Tim is a compassionate, patient-focused Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to improving lives through high quality, comprehensive, and holistic care.
Tim has been married to his wife, Eden, who is a Pea Ridge school teacher, for 3 years. He enjoys Jesus, snowboarding, and board games!
